Hanlon Brothers Removals & Storage are delighted to sponsor Kilbride Thistle’s first team coach & assistant manager John Frew ahead of the new season. Based in Ayrshire, Kilbride Thistle have been in the Ayrshire Amateur Football Association since 2011, currently playing in the Premier League.
Much like Hanlon, Kilbride Thistle started many years ago with a smaller team, and have since grown through hard work and dedication. Now expanding to Sunday amateurs to help develop youth players and to give more opportunities for young players to get involved in football, the club is a great part of the Ayrshire community, and that’s something we proudly have in common.

Like any house move, we did our careful planning beforehand, and after some glowing scouting reports, heard that not only was John an excellent coach for Kilbride, but also has some magic left in the boots. The new sponsorship deal kicked off spectacularly with 2 goals, including a screamer!
We’re very much rooted in our local communities at Hanlon Removals & Storage, and our community helps support us with great word of mouth referrals. When Kilbride Thistle approached us about their “Sponsor a Player” scheme, we were delighted to get involved and give back to our communities in a small way.
